Pascal T.Borel is the co-founder and CEO of ETHICS SA. He has gained renown in Swiss and international financial circles for his successful approach to new product distribution for financial and corporate management. Mr Borel participated in several start-ups, including Statpro Ltd, Hartcourt SA and Bluestar Advisors. He also served as Director with several multinational firms.

After several years experience in pension funds and within the AGF, Benoît Falleur joined MICROPAL in Switzerland then in France as general director. Named General Director of Standard & Poor' S Fund Services in Paris, he thereafter took the operational direction of the same branch in Switzerland. Benoît Falleur then became head of the Europerformance, subsidiary of the French group Fininfo. He then continued his career by integrating Valeco Finance, portfolio management company based in Geneva. Benoît Falleur joined ETHICS SA in September 2008 as Chief operating officer.
