Expert auditor / Deputy manager

Your will manage the ETHICS™ certification process and supervise the auditors worldwide,

organize and teach ETHICS courses to the auditors and consultants and manage relations with validated certification bodies.

You will also have to perform system audits of the various ETHICS partners.

Your profil :

• University degree or equivalent training.
• Auditor certificate (ISO 9001, 14001, SA 8000, OHSAS 18001).
• Minimum 35-40 years old with 15 to 20 years of experience in the field of system audit certification.
• International experience.
• Fluent French and English, other languages an asset.
• Expirienced in team management.
• preform well under stress.
• Competent public speaker and instructor.
• Flexibility to adapt to various environments and counterparties.

Your main role will be to assist our Chief Executive Officer.

• Managing the Secretarial and the various administrative tasks required by the function.
• Schedule management.
• Organization of business travel.
• Follow up of the CEO’s files during his trips.
• Correspondence in French and English.
• In addition, you will be  assigned various coordination and organization tasks by the management team of ETHICS SA in  Aubonne.

Your profile :

• 40 – 50 years old.
• Clerk CFC or equivalent training or executive secretary  certificate. 
• Fluent French and English.
• Excellent editorial skills and perfect spelling.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Maintain an enterprising and initiative-oriented outlook. 
• Sense of priorities and of organization.
• Flexibility, availability, willingness to be involved in the fast development of the company.
