ISAS BCP 9001
ETHICS SA is the only certification body in the world* accredited to certify media organisations in accordance to the ISAS BCP 9001 standard.
Created by media industry professionals and experts, the ISAS BCP 9001 norm is a management standard based on ISO 9001 and adapted to the specifications of the media industry worldwide.
This standard has been developed by and for the media industry, and addresses the unique operational challenges facing all types of broadcasting organisations, the press, and the fast-growing world of web-hosted multi-media.
The ISAS BCP 9001 certification ensures transparency in media organisations and Quality of Service for their audience (viewers, listeners, users, readers, subscribers), advertisers and other stakeholders (regulators, trustees, etc.).
Quality of Service is achieved by the development and application of structured managerial tools that are formalised, and which have successfully proven to yield benefits in the following areas:
